Patricia Cooper Way is the owner of Birth2Worth LLC, a business comprised of professional development and leadership training, transition coaching and human resources consulting designed to help clients achieve personal and professional success and fulfill purpose. She is also a Certified Maxwell Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Trainer!

Birth2Worth was established in 2013 after Patricia retired from thirty-one years in Federal Government:

• Human Resources Director for Department of Homeland Security

• Human Resources Officer for Department of Justice

• Human Resources Advisor for Department of Army

She received the Women in Leadership Award from the YWCA and White House recognition for leadership and assistance to military families during humanitarian missions. Her community outreach includes mentoring teens for the Department of Justice Drug Education for Youth Program, piloting high school leadership development programs, conducting professional development workshops for nonprofit organizations, facilitating team building exercises for women’s groups, volunteering at youth sports camps and facilitating leadership exercises with college students from various universities abroad. She has developed and hosted professional development, leadership, business collaborations, and empowerment conferences, workshops and symposiums.

Patricia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management with a concentration in human resources from the University of Texas in San Antonio. Her pursuit of graduate studies in leadership development is on-going. 

Her certifications include Maxwell Leadership Coach, Trainer and Speaker; Professional Certified Coach, Life Coach Institute of Orange County California and 360 Leadership Assessments, Center for Creative Leadership.  Patrica is a member of the Federally Employed Women and the National Society for Human Resources Management.
